Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3 cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
4 cups thinly sliced Granny Smith apples (about 3 large)
2 cups fresh blackberries

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix oats, graham crumbs, brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter until blended.

Combine granulated sugar, tapioca, lemon zest and juice in large bowl. Add apples and blackberries; toss to coat. Let stand 15 min. Place in 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with oat mixture.

Bake 45 to 55 min. or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly.
