Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
1/3 cup PLANTERS Chili Lime Peanuts
1 green onion, sliced

Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add dressing, peanut butter and sriracha sauce to skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits. Bring to simmer, stirring until smooth. Stir in lime zest and juice.
Serve chicken topped with sauce; sprinkle with nuts and onions.
Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli, and glass of fat-free milk.
Prepare using PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
