What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
dash ground cinnamon

Let's Make It
Combine chicken, celery and onions in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Serve chicken salad on lettuce leaves or with fresh fruit.
Serve as a filling for sandwiches.
Add 1/4 cup toasted chopped PLANTERS Pecans just before serving.
