1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
2 small ripe banana s, broken into quarters
1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth, scraping down sides of container as needed.

Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using scant 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
