1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled, divided
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
10 square shortbread cookies, divided
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Beat cream cheese, milk, 1/4 cup coffee and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.

Spoon about 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture into 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl.

Dip 5 cookies in remaining coffee 5 sec.; place evenly over cream cheese layer. Repeat layers of cream cheese mixture and coffee-dipped cookies. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture and remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
