What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, well drained
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Heat oven to 400°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 min. or until chicken is done. Cool slightly.
Spread pizza crust with barbecue sauce; top with chicken, pineapple and onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
For a quick alternative to the cooked fresh chicken, use 2 cups chopped leftover chicken or from a rotisserie chicken purchased at your local supermarket.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Use Your Grill
Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 400ºF. Prepare pizza as directed. Do not bake. Place pizza on grill over unlit area; cover. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, monitoring for consistent grill temperature. Rotate pizza halfway through the grilling time since the side of the pizza closest to the lit side of the grill may brown more quickly than the other side.
