1 large green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 sweet onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1 lb. beef petite shoulder tender, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup Heinz BBQ Sauce Texas Bold & Spicy, divided
12 small fresh mushroom caps

Heat greased grill to medium heat.

Microwave peppers and onions in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring after 2 min.

Toss meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Thread onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Grill 8 to 10 min. or until meat is medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 5 min.

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
