Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Microwave peppers and onions in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring after 2 min.
Toss meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Thread onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Grill 8 to 10 min. or until meat is medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 5 min.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
The key to making great kabobs is to cut the meat and/or vegetables into similar-size pieces so they all cook evenly on the grill.
