Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 egg s
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken made with Whole Wheat
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half lengthwise, divided

Let's Make It
Heat grill for indirect grilling. Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 425ºF.
Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add ground beef, stuffing mix, cheese, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, garlic powder and onion powder; mix lightly. Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/2 cup meat mixture for each.
Make an "X" with 2 bacon halves; place ball in center of "X". Bring ends of bacon up loosely over top; secure with toothpick. Place in single layer in disposable foil pan.
Place foil pan on grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 40 min., monitoring grill for consistent temperature. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce; grill 5 min. or until meatloaves are done (160ºF). Remove toothpicks before serving.
Use Your Oven
Omit first step. Heat oven to 425ºF. Prepare meat mixture and wrap in bacon as directed. Place on rimmed baking sheet. Bake 40 min. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce; bake 5 min. or until meatloaves are done (160ºF).
