1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup pizza sauce
4 sesame hamburger buns

Mix meat and Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Cook in skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). About 3 min. before burgers are done, cook pizza sauce in saucepan until heated through, stirring frequently.

Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with mozzarella and pizza sauce. Cover with tops of buns.

Variation
Substitute hot dog buns for the hamburger buns. Mix meat mixture as directed; shape into logs to fit buns. Cook as directed. Serve in buns topped with remaining ingredients.
