1 lb. skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
4 green onion s, cut into 1-inch lengths
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 tsp. creamy peanut butter

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread fish onto 4 skewers alternately with vegetables.

Mix dressing and peanut butter until blended. Reserve half the dressing mixture for later use; brush remaining dressing mixture onto kabobs.

Grill 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with reserved dressing mixture the last 2 min.

Note
When cutting up the green onions, use both the white and light green parts.

Variation
Substitute sea scallops for the salmon. Do not cut up before threading onto skewers. Adjust the grilling time if necessary until scallops are opaque.

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
