Place first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add oil, then Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Add to meat in large bowl; mix just until blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
Shape meat mixture into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Press indentation into center of each patty.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on either side or until done (165ºF).
Fill buns with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions.
Prepare using ground turkey or chicken.
Pressing the indentations in the meat patties will help prevent them from puffing up in the centers as they cook on the grill, resulting in more evenly cooked burgers.
