2 fully cooked chicken Italian sausage links (6 oz.), sliced
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place chicken and sausage in slow cooker. Mix pizza sauce and water; pour over chicken and sausage. Cover with lid.
