Original recipe yields 8 servings
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
zest and 1/2 cup juice from 1 large navel orange
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Process first 3 ingredients in food processor 30 sec. or until mixture forms ball. Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll out to 11-inch round. Use to line 9-inch pie plate; crimp edges. Prick bottom and side of crust with fork.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown; cool completely.

Beat pudding mix, milk, zest and juice in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Spread with remaining COOL WHIP to within 2 inches of edge. Refrigerate 2 hours.
