Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill 20 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
Substitute 2 tsp. curry powder for all the dry seasonings.
Add 1/4 tsp. saffron threads to marinade before pouring over chicken.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before threading chicken onto them to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Chicken can be marinated in refrigerator up to 12 hours before grilling as directed.
