What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 egg s
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup European-style cookie butter (speculoos cookie butter)

Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 13x9-inch pan with aluminum foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Microwave first 2 ingredients in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Microwave cookie butter in small microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie butter over batter in pan; swirl gently with knife.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Baking in Glass Baking Dish
If a recipe calls for a metal pan and you substitute a glass baking dish, always reduce the oven temperature by 25ºF. This is necessary since the glass dish conducts and retains heat better than the metal pan.
Prepare recipe as directed, stirring 1/2 cup milk into melted chocolate mixture along with the eggs and vanilla, and increasing the flour to 1-1/2 cups.
