Combine chicken, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. of each of the dry seasonings; set aside. Mix tomatoes, dressing, water and remaining dry seasonings in separate bowl.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger and cumin seed; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken mixture; cook 2 min. or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato mixture; cook 8 min. or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Stir in cilantro and remaining lemon juice.
Serve over hot cooked basmati rice, with warm naan on the side.
