2 cups 2% milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 cup PLANTERS Trail Mix Fruit & Nut Mix, chopped
1/2 cup 1-inch lengths angel hair pasta, uncooked
1/4 tsp. saffron threads
1 tsp. ground cardamom

Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large saucepan on high heat 10 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended.

Add next 3 ingredients; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.

Stir in cardamom. Serve warm.
