What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 cup sliced onion s
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
7 oz. paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec.
Stir in onions, bell peppers, cheese and seasonings; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender and cheese is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Substitute extra-firm tofu for the paneer cheese.
Serve with naan.
