Place ribs in 4-qt. Dutch oven or large deep skillet; add water to cover ribs. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 30 min. Pour off water.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
Grill ribs 10 to 12 min. or until done, turning and brushing frequently with sauce mixture.
Prepare using pork spare ribs.
Grill some pineapple slices to serve with ribs. Simply combine 2 Tbsp. each butter and sugar. Brush on 8 pineapple slices, then place on grill. Grill 12 min. or until pineapple is golden brown on both sides, turning frequently. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
