Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green peppers, cut into thin strips
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.
Add vegetables to drippings in skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta sauce. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce mixture over chicken. Simmer 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Drain spaghetti; place on platter. Top with chicken and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
Substitute 2 cups sliced zucchini for the green peppers.
