What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1 pkg. (20 oz.) ORE-IDA Grillers Golden Thick Cut Potatoes
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Place potatoes in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 8 min.
Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
Turn potatoes. Spread about 1 tsp. cream cheese onto each potato; top each with about 1-1/2 Tbsp. meat mixture. Top with tomatoes and cheddar.
Bake 7 to 8 min. or until potatoes are crisp and cheese is melted.
Top with chopped green onions, and BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream before serving.
