8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender.

Stir in shrimp and chili powder. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
