Place half popcorn in gallon size re-sealable bag, drizzle half of chocolate over popcorn, seal and shake. Repeat.
Spread popcorn on sheet of wax paper and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, toss popcorn and JET-PUFFED FunMallows.
