1 tomato, seeded, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 6 to 8 min. or until done, adding sausage the last 4 min. Remove from skillet; set aside.
