Make potato wedges even better with smoky, bacon-flecked hot sauce. It's hard to improve on crispy potato wedges, but we found a way with Roasted Potato Wedges with Hot Sauce.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. large baking potato es (about 3)
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Spicy Tomato & Parmesan Cream Pasta Sauce
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 425°F.

Cut each potato into 8 wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil mixture.

Spread into single layer on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes every 15 min. About 5 min. before potatoes are done, cook pasta sauce and bacon in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.

Drizzle pasta sauce mixture over potatoes.
