What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. large baking potato es (about 3)
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Spicy Tomato & Parmesan Cream Pasta Sauce
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil mixture.
Spread into single layer on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes every 15 min. About 5 min. before potatoes are done, cook pasta sauce and bacon in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
Drizzle pasta sauce mixture over potatoes.
Serve this irresistible vegetable side dish along with your favorite lean meat at your next get-together.
Instead of drizzling the pasta sauce mixture over the baked potato wedges, serve the pasta sauce mixture as a dip for the potatoes.

Substitute ground red pepper (cayenne) for the black pepper.
