4 skinless salmon fillet s (1 lb.)
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Place fish in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; brush onto fish.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Prepare using 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) instead of the salmon, and increasing the baking time to 20 to 22 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
