Bake 45 min. or until heated through.
Serve this potato side dish with a crisp, mixed green salad or hot steam vegetable and cooked lean meat, poultry or fish.
Prepare using any variety of potato chips.
To create garnish, cut white bulb end off green onion; discard or reserve for another use. Starting at one end, cut green top lengthwise into thin slices to within about 1/2 inch from center of onion piece. Turn, then repeat cuts starting at other end. (Be careful to not cut all the way through onion.) Place in bowl of ice water. Let stand until ends curl. Use to garnish casserole just before serving.
