4 cups (3/4 of 16-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 red pepper, cut into 6 rings
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 400°F.

Combine potatoes, cheese and oregano; spoon into13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with peppers.

Crack 1 egg into each pepper ring, drizzle eggs with butter.
