Bite-size pieces of turkey breast and an assortment of olives, zucchini and cherry tomatoes make great add-ins to this tasty pasta salad.

Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (13.25 oz.) whole wheat medium pasta shell, uncooked
1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp. chopped assorted pitted olives
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, toss zucchini with dressing mix. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add zucchini; cook and stir 2 min. Add turkey; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until zucchini is crisp-tender and turkey is heated through. Remove from heat.

Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add turkey mixture and all remaining ingredients, including remaining oil; mix lightly.
