What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tsp. oil
12 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
12 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
12 fresh asparagus spears, cut into thirds
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large heavy skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until tender; remove from heat. Place 2% Milk Singles onto centers of tortillas; top with asparagus and onions. Fold tortillas in half.
Spray same skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add quesadillas, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
Cut quesadillas into thirds. Serve with salsa.
Prepare using your favorite variety of KRAFT Singles.
Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro or thyme leaves over quesadilla filling before folding tortillas in half.
