What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 large biscuits)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 small avocado, chopped
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters; roll, 1 at a time, in crushed chips. Place in even layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Spoon meat mixture over biscuits.
Bake 30 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted, topping casserole with cheese after 15 min.
Top with remaining ingredients before serving.
