1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 lb. Mexican chorizo, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1-1/2 cups undrained canned diced tomatoes
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. sliced sun-dried tomatoes

Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, adding garlic for the last minute.
