2 slices whole grain bread
1/4 cup tightly packed arugula
1 tsp. coarsely chopped walnuts
4 thin apple slices
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Cover 1 bread slice with 1 Singles; top with arugula, nuts and apples. Cover with second Singles and remaining bread slice.

Brush outside of sandwich with oil.

Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut into quarters.
