What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook bacon in medium saucepan until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slopped spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from saucepan.
Add corn, water, onions and pepper to reserved drippings. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until corn is crisp-tender.
Stir in cream cheese and milk; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Top with bacon and Parmesan.
Stir in 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro before topping with bacon and Parmesan.
Spice it Up
Add 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper with the corn for an extra kick.
