Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 broiler-fryer chicken (3-1/2 lb.)
1 head garlic, horizontally cut in half
2 sprigs fresh tarragon
1/2 of a lemon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Dressing

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Rub outside of chicken with cut side of garlic. Place garlic and tarragon in chicken cavity.
Squeeze juice from lemon half into small bowl; place lemon half in chicken cavity. Add honey and dressing to juice in bowl; mix well.
Bake chicken 1 hour 30 min. or until done (165ºF), brushing occasionally with the honey mixture for the last 20 min. Let stand 10 min. Discard garlic, lemon and tarragon before serving.
Serve with roasted potatoes and a dark green vegetable to round out the meal.
For an extra-impressive presentation, tie the chicken legs together using strips of leeks before serving.
Serve chicken garnished with radishes and additional sprigs tarragon.
