1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Prepare cornbread batter as directed on package; stir in barbecue sauce.
Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with bacon and cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
If baking cornbread in a dark nonstick 8-inch square pan, reduce oven temperature to 350ºF.
Prepare cornbread batter with barbecue sauce as directed; spoon evenly into 8 prepared muffin pan cups. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Top with bacon and cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Cool muffins in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool slightly.
