What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom s, thickly sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
3 cups hot cooked noodles

Let's Make It
Place beef, vegetables and broth in slow cooker; cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).
Stir in cream cheese spread. Serve over noodles.
Substitute 2 cups hot cooked rice for the noodles.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
Serve topped with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream.
