Cheesy and subtly cheesy is how these baked appetizers roll! Bonus: They're made with on-hand ingredients, so no trip to the supermarket is required.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 can (4 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 2 (3x2x1-1/2-inch) pieces
1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into 2 rectangles. Firmly press perforations together to seal.
Spread tops of VELVEETA pieces with preserves; place, preserves sides down, on centers of dough rectangles. Wrap dough around VELVEETA to completely enclose VELVEETA; press edges together to seal. Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet.
Bake 10 min. or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crostini and/or crackers.
Prepare using half of an 8-oz. can of seamless crescent roll dough instead. Cut in half before using as directed. Wrap remaining dough with plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as desired.
