Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 egg whites
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted
1/4 avocado, cut into thin slices

Let's Make It
Whisk egg whites in microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec. or just until whites are set, stirring after 15 sec.
Place bacon on paper towel-covered microwaveable plate. Microwave 30 sec. or just until warmed.
Mix dressing and hot sauce until blended; spread onto muffin halves. Fill with eggs, bacon and avocados.
Pair this recipe with fresh fruit and a glass of cold fat-free milk for a great take-to-work lunch.
For a change of pace, prepare using your favorite hot sauce, such as Sriracha.
