Unflavored gelatin plus peanut butter plus marshmallows and grape-flavor JELL-O equals a dessert you may never have thought of—but will be glad you tried!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1-2/3 cups water, divided
1 env. (1/4 oz.) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin

Let's Make It
Bring 1 cup water to boil. Add to unflavored gelatine in medium bowl; stir until completely dissolved. Whisk in peanut butter and marshmallows until blended.
Pour into 8-inch-square dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatine is set but not firm.
Bring remaining water to boil. Add to grape gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Carefully pour over peanut butter gelatine layer in dish.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 32 (2x1-inch) JIGGLERS.
