Crumbled Mexican chorizo and chopped green chiles give these cheesy quesadillas terrific flavor. Serve with guacamole and let the fiesta begin!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup cooked crumbled Mexican chorizo
1/4 cup drained canned chopped green chiles
1/2 cup guacamole

Let's Make It
Brush 2 tortillas with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Top tortillas, dressing sides down, with cheese, chorizo and chiles. Top with remaining tortillas; brush with remaining dressing.
Cook 1 quesadilla in nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadilla.
Cut quesadillas into wedges. Serve with guacamole.
Serve with a side of spicy black beans and guacamole.
Substitute 2 seeded and thinly sliced jalapeño peppers for the chopped canned green chiles.
