6 large baking potato es (3 lb.)
1 tsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced lengthwise
6 poblano chile s, roasted, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat about 15 min. before potatoes are done. Add onions and chiles; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add cream cheese spread and milk; cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
Heat broiler. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top potatoes with cream cheese mixture and shredded cheese. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
These delicious potatoes make a great side dish to serve with hot cooked turkey, chicken or pork.
How to Roast, Peel and Seed Poblano Chiles
Heat broiler. Place whole chiles on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 10 min. or until chiles are evenly blackened, turning occasionally. Place in paper bag; close bag. Let stand 20 min or until peppers are cooled. Remove chiles from bowl. Peel away blackened skins with small knife; discard skins. Cut chiles lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Use chiles as directed in recipe.
