Mix barbecue sauce, sugar and garlic until blended. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture.
Grill fish and vegetables 4 min. on each side; brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
