We customized one of our favorite BBQ sauces by adding brown sugar and garlic—then made the most delicious grilled salmon ever!

1/4 cup KRAFT Spicy Honey Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 red onion, quartered
2 salmon steaks (1/2 lb.)

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.

Mix barbecue sauce, sugar and garlic until blended. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture.

Grill fish and vegetables 4 min. on each side; brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
