What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup half-and-half

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; line with pie crust as directed on package.
Place bacon, cheese and onions in prepared crust. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in crust. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
For a spicier quiche, sprinkle with 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) after baking.
