Mix meat and seasoning mix just until blended; press into 9-inch patty on sheet of waxed paper. Cut into 4 wedges.
Flip meat patty, with waxed paper, into large skillet; remove and discard paper. Cover; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until burger is done (160°F), turning after 5 min.
Place 1 Singles near edge of each tortilla; top with meat. Place lettuce next to meat wedges; top with tomatoes, then drizzle with dressing. Fold each tortilla in half to cover fillings, then fold in half again to make wedge-shaped sandwich.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Singles and KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.
