Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb.)
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
1/4 cup A.1. Smoky Black Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cook chicken in ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except parsley.
Top chicken with tomato mixture.
Bake 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad and your favorite steamed fresh vegetable to round out the meal.
If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, you can use a regular skillet instead. Just cover the handle with several layers of foil before placing in oven.
