Original recipe yields 24 servings
Juice from 1 lemon, divided
1/2 lb. cooked cleaned small shrimp
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. honey
1 large avocado, chopped
1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato es
2 Tbsp. chopped onion s
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
48 saltine crackers

Pour half the lemon juice over shrimp in small bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 15 min.
Meanwhile, mix mayo, honey and remaining lemon juice in medium bowl until blended. Add avocados, tomatoes, onions, parsley and garlic; mix lightly.
Drain shrimp. Add to avocado mixture; mix lightly. Serve with crackers.
Substitute 1 cup chopped cooked chicken for the shrimp.
To add a kick to the guacamole mixture, add 1 chopped seeded jalapeño or a few drops of your favorite hot sauce before stirring in the shrimp.
