Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 env. (2 oz.) onion soup mix
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix meat and onion soup mix just until blended; press into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Place on centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with mixed vegetables and hash browns. Fold to make 4 packets.
Grill 20 min. or until burgers are done (160°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. Top ingredients in packets with VELVEETA; grill 5 min. or until melted.
Serve with fresh fruit and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
How to Use Your Oven
Assemble packets as directed; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake in 450°F oven 18 to 22 min. or until burgers are done (165°F).
