Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 lb. pork baby back ribs
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 cup water
Let's Make It
1
Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs. Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly. Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil. Refrigerate 4 hours.
2
Heat oven to 325°F. Unwrap ribs. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal. Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end. Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
3
Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
4
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
